Default mutt help (mailcap)

Mutt is no longer invoking links for text/html messages. All I get is a
text dump of the raw html.

My ~/.muttrc file has these lines:

set implicit_autoview=yes
set mailcap_path="~/.mailcap:/etc/mailcap"

My ~/.mailcap file has this line:

text/html; /usr/bin/links '%s'; needsterminal; description=HTML Text; nametemplate=%s.html

What else is needed?
