Default 2.6.25 Issues with IDE (via82xx)

Any one had problems with this?

Hal startup finds bad opcode, "busy" and resets IDE killing DMA, 32-bit
access, etc. All this can be restored using hdparm afterwards.

However, this may be causing other errors on the HD as well.

No problems with 2.6.23

Please attach a snippet from dmesg or /var/log/syslog.

This is what follow hald start on bootup. Hal is not mentioned in the log,
however!
