Default mono apache2 error "File exists: Failed to create shared memory segment for backend 'XXGLOBAL'"

I installed mono asp.net server by apt-get install mono-xsp2
libapache2-mod-mono asp.net2-examples
after that when i restart apache2, it failed
# /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
Restarting web server: apache2[Sun Jul 13 16:29:23 2008] [crit]

'XXGLOBAL'

anyone got this error before? how could i fix it?
