can get 1366X768 resolution
 
I installed Debian 6.04 in a Dell vostro 131

video card*
Intel® Core™ i3-2350M de Segunda Generación (3MB Caché, 2.30 GHz)

when I run #xorg -configure
I get
vmware: Please ignore above "FATAL: Module vmwgfx bot found."


(++) Using config file: "/root/xorg.conf.new"
(==) Using system config directory "/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d"
Number of created screens does not match number of detected devices.
Configuration failed.

I don't think that you need that. Just select resolution from settings of your
graphic enviroment.
