Default Bug#451151: initramfs-tools: update-initramfs mistakes errors=remount-ro mount option as read-only

thanks comfirmed, tested and applied proposed fix to 0.91b.
as this a potentential upgrade failure, i'll see to get
that fixed too in etch.
