Default Bug#688564: alsa: no sound from from internal speaker

Dear Kernel maintainers,

On my laptop (a custom Sony Vaio which is the same as in bug #580901),
there is no sound from the internal speaker, but the output jack plug works.
On the other hand, the internal speaker works with linux-image-2.6.37-trunk-amd64
(the one which was in experimental).
Please find the output of alsa-info.sh with both kernel, the output of amixer and
of alsamixer (best read with less -r)

As you see there is no 'Speaker bar' with 2.6.32 and the name of the chip is not the
same:
2.6.32: Card: HDA Intel | Chip: Intel G45 DEVIBX
2.6.37: Card: HDA Intel | Chip: Intel IbexPeak HDMI

Thanks! There have been several changes improving support for that
chip since 2.6.32.y, so it will probably take a few tries to pin this
one down.

Do you know how other kernels between 2.6.32 and 2.6.37 did?

Please test the attached patch, for example by using the following

1. Add more ASUS NB model.
2. Fixed alc663_m51va_setup
M51VA has Digital Mic that NID is 0x12. The record source index is
0x9 for ALC663.
So, to modify the alc663_m51va_setup function to index 0x9
and add analog Mic aupport function alc663_mode1_setup.
3. Add ASUS mode7 and mode8 modules for ALC663

Yes, it works fine! Please find the alsa-info.txt output.

(However the frame buffer behaviour is different from stock
Debian 2.6.32-5 kernel.)
