Default Bug#687781: use fixed, IANA-registered port for rpc.mountd

Package: nfs-kernel-server
Version: 1:1.2.6-3

Now that there's a IANA-registered port for rpc.mountd, I
believe it be used by default, for such a move is likely to
simplify the firewall configuration (see, e. g., [1].)
