Building linux on the right machines

linux is a big package and slow to build on some buildds. It looks like
'linux-2.6' was restricted to be built on the faster machines, and
'linux' should now be restricted in the same way.

JFYI, this issue has been dealt with. argento and arcadelt had 'linux'
in the blacklisted list of packages.
