reassign 670115 srcowertop 1.97-2
affects 670115 - powertop powertopt
thanks

This is not a kernel bug, in fact. Powertop is trying to parse
kernel-internal structures that are copied into raw perf events. These
are not part of any stable ABI and can be expected to differ between
kernel configurations and versions, not just between 32-bit and 64-bit
kernels.

Powertop 2.0 does the right thing, which is to find out the structure
layout at run-time. Please upload it as soon as possible (requested in
bug #672555). That will also fix this bug and #656421, which is release
critical.

I can attempt to NMU Powertop if you won't have the time to do so before
the freeze.

Ben.
