Judging from [1] I think the steps should be:

tar -xf linux-2.6_3.2.9.orig.tar.gz
cd linux-2.6-3.2.9
svn export
debian/rules debian/control
fakeroot debian/rules source
fakeroot make -f debian/rules.gen binary-arch_amd64_rt_amd64
