Default Bug#631287: Current status & new info

We're also currently encountering this particular bug, find dmesg output
below.
The kernel currently installed is:

# uname -a
Linux server 2.6.32-5-686 #1 SMP Mon Jun 13 04:13:06 UTC 2011 i686
GNU/Linux

I already prepared the installation of 3.2.x from squeeze?backports but I
have still to boot that kernel:

# dpkg -l |grep linux-image
ii linux-image-2.6-686 2.6.32+29 Linux
2.6 for modern PCs (meta-package)
ii linux-image-2.6.32-5-686 2.6.32-41 Linux
2.6.32 for modern PCs
ii linux-image-3.2.0-0.bpo.1-486 3.2.1-2~bpo60+1 Linux
3.2 for older Pcs
