Default Bug#617202: hp-wmi: rfkill is "stuck" on, hardware switch does not affect it

There have been some rfkill fixes in this driver upstream, so please test
2.6.39-rc1 or newer from sid. If it still reproduces the problem, please
attach full "dmesg" output from booting.
