┬*hello dear anaconda developers,
┬*┬*┬*┬* I have a question about repos. When I set config at yum.repos.d or similar direction, and anaconda have create a repo in repos. I set some option in repo. How can I change and enable some option after repos had been setup? I find that the changed options can not work. Do you have some good methods to finished such work?
Thank you !

Not very clear with your question. Can you post the file in yum.repos.d here?

Default how to change repo option after it has been set up

hi Hongqing,

I want set a option in function configBaseRepo yuminstall.py of anaconda . The option is exclude packages , gaven it kernel-doc, kernel-firmware.It can work now. I indeed need this option . Later installation , for some condition, I need install this two packages. But the repos has already setup. Then How can I change the option to install the both packages by yum in anaconda? or do you have some good suggestion for that?
Thank you very much Hongqing for your replay.

Best regards,
Lei Wang

you can exclude package in the repo, such as fedora-updates.repo
using 'exclude'

hi┬*Hongqing,

What I said are all in installation. not the booting up installation os, so writing the exclude is not in installation
┬*of anaconda. I want to make it realize during the installation.
Do you have some suggestiong for it? Thank you very much!

Maybe you can specify that in the %package %end of a kickstart file

Default how to change repo option after it has been set up

hi┬*Hongqing,
ok, it is a situation for my narrative. kickstart can work for reinstallation of OS. The config file
worked in the former installation of anaconda. but later part of anaconda installaton, how to change
┬*the configure of repo┬* dynamically is the core of my question. I think maybe it has a methods to deal
with it. but I have not find it out.
Anyway, thank you very much Hongqing for kindly replay..

Best Regards,
Lei Wang
