Hi,

/usr/bin/perf is provided in linux-base.
However, since linux-tools is not specified by a dependency, it does not work.

/usr/bin/perf: line 7: exec: perf_3.1.0: not found
E: linux-tools-3.1.0 is not installed.

Since linux-tools is not installed by this error message, it turns out
that it does not work.
Would you put linux-tools into Depends?
