Default Bug#631228: "GNU glibc" in extended description

Package: linux-libc-dev
Version: 3.0.0~rc3-1~experimental.1
Severity: minor

The extended description contains:

These headers are used by the installed headers for GNU glibc and other
system libraries.

"glibc" stands for "GNU C Library", so "GNU glibc" is redundant. The
only way it could make sense is to distinguish from Embedded GLIBC, but
that's not intended.
