Default Bug#623571: dom0 kernel wastes a lot of memory if unrestrained with dom0_mem

Hi,

Clean boot of a new machine with this kernel and xen-hypervisor-4.0-amd64
4.0.1-2, without any options, produced:

Well, that's just bizarre. Indeed, I noticed that all this memory was really
taken when I accidentally ran xm mem-set Domain-0 1024, which crashed the
machine in short order.

Because of previous experience, I figured forcing dom0_mem might make a
difference, so I added a conservative limit:

GRUB_CMDLINE_XEN="dom0_mem=2048M"

...to /etc/default/grub, re-ran update-grub and rebooted, and voila:
