If we NEED to upgrade bash for nfs-common nfs-kernel-server and portmap to work

maybe you should change the dependency on bash version number to ensure that installing those package will pull the required
bash ?

bash itself is essential, and the correct version of bash is in stable.
Therefore no explicit dependency is required.

Installing packages from sid along with packages from oldstable is NOT
and has NEVER been supported.
