Default Bug#619435: Please increase NR_CPUS on sparc to 256

Package: linux-2.6
Version: 2.6.38-1
Severity: normal

Hello,

It is not uncommon for the last-generation T2+ sparc machines to have
128 and more CPUs. Please increase CONFIG_NR_CPUS on sparc to 256 to
accomodate these cases. I've verified that this change leads to a tiny
increase in the size of the compressed image (less than 1KB).

Unfortunately, bumping this number breaks the ABI, so it's most likely
not going to be suitable for the squeeze point release, but at least
we'll get it into testing and unstable kernels.

Best regards,
