Bug#445749: Another bonding bug

Version: 2.6.18.dfsg.1-17etch1

When running a similar setup with the r8169 on a different machine, I
get a kernel freeze on "ifconfig bond0 down". No oops or panic output
to the screen, the screen just freezes and is not responsive to keyboard
input.
