Default Bug#463528: linux-image-2.6.18-6-686 doesn't pass postinst script without grub

Justification: breaks the whole system

I've failed to dist-upgrade my Etch server with security updates. I have
no grub installed.

Then you need to remove the hooks that call grub in
/etc/kernel-img.conf.
