Default Bug#598470: bnx2-mips-06-5.0.0.j6.fw file not included in "firmware-bnx2"

Newer Linux kernel versions try to load BNX2 firmware from file
"bnx2-mips-06-5.0.0.j6.fw", which isn't included in the
firmware-bnx2 package.
