Default Bug#586303: Virtual device vlan12 asks to queue packet

Hello,

Same issue with configuration bridge+vlans.

If I disconnect cable from ethernet, errors are apears and machine hangs.

If I trying to boot debian with disconnected cable, errors apears during
upping of vlans.
