Default Getting rid of nm controlled dialog (the dialog preceding nm-c-e)

With the change to having all devices NM-controlled by default
(bug #606745), it seems reasonable to get rid of the dialog for
selecting the devices controlled by NM.
I am going to make a patch that will kill it and display
in nm-c-e (that means control by NM) all devices except those
used by FCoE.

The only things dialog could be useful for are:
- possibility of making device not controlled by NM
- additional information about present devices (e.g.
used by iSCSI, used by FCoE)
which doesn't seem to justify its existence.

Do you agree? (Chris and Hans do).

Radek
