Default Bug#583082: status request

hello,

What is status of this bug?

What more information is required?

We hit that same bug on our system. This seems to be related with:
http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13316

According other report in internet this seems to be unrelated with that same device
nor with kernel version. This seems to be fundamental bug in USB subsystem. I think this is
related with URB packet which wasn't completed becaouse device is lost, but khubd still
waiting for completion responce.

Probably none.

Could be. There seems to be active discussion of this at
<http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.kernel/999410>. Oh, this
'accelerator57' looks like a lot like your 'host'! Perhaps you should
have cc'd this bug rather than starting two separate discussions.

khubd is waiting for the host controller to return the URB (which is a
buffer, not a packet). Even though the device has gone away, the host
controller must return the URB within a short time.

Ben.
