Does this occur reproducibly or was this a single occurance?

It occurred reproducibly (we had around 4 or 5 crashed with the same
oops). Since then we have reverted back to the 'etch' kernel (2.6.18)
and the problem is gone. So it seems like a regression in 2.6.26.
