Default Bug#575827: dom0 crashes on lapic

Package: linux-image-2.6.32-4-xen-686

Dom0 crashes at a very early stage during the boot process. The messages
seem to be very similar to:

(see attached log from serial console of the server)
The issue seems to have something to do with LAPIC/IOAPIC. I can make Dom0
boot with "nolapic" commandline. (But that -- of course -- is no fun as
the SAS controller cannot be initialized then...)

later on in the same thread Jeremy Fitzhardinge mentions that he commited a
fix:
http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-devel/2010-03/msg01195.html
but I was unable to find that fix and therefore could not test it.
