Default Bug#556963: psmouse.c: resync failed

I guess it's an old known bug that was in 2.18.. The mouse is often freezing cause of "resync failed".

Default Bug#556963: psmouse.c: resync failed

Sorry, this bug was already solved and now only indicates that the mouse
isn't ok Sometimes "psmouse.rate" kernel parameter can help.
