I recently tried installing and rebooting into 2.6.30-2 on this
machine -- the problem with dropping blocks of audio is still present.
(This also happens on my desktop, which is an athlon-tbird with a
snd-cmipci)

Hi Maximilian-
Just to let you know that I'm not just being a bad bug reporter --
2.6.31 still hasn't made it into unstable (nor experimental?) for
architectures other than amd64.

ftp master have just processed them so they should appear soonest.
