Bug#494162: Maybe it is related to 517449!
 

Hello.
I had this problem, I fixed it running folding@home with nice 19
instead of SCHED_IDLE, the same should be possible for BOINC or other
programs that stress the system.

Maybe this is related (or the same) to bug #517449.
