Default Bug#509441: computer locks up during down-load

Hi

I have now installed the new kernel:
2.6.24-etchnhalf.1-686
#1 SMP Thu Nov 5 02:25:56 UTC 2009

It seems to work OK downloading and displaying http://www.enta.net/ , over
entanet's dialup line.

I still have not tried lenny.

Best regards
