Default Bug#375742: linux-image-2.6.16-1-686-smp: sync speed of RAID devices is 2000K/sec by default, because don't honor speed_limit_max

Does this error still occur with more recent kernel versions?

There is a long time that I don't check if the problem still exist.
So give me some time and I report again about it.
