Only 32 bit PAE domain U are supported. This is because the upstreaming "paravirt_ops" effort does not yet support domain 0. For now you can stick with the 2.6.18-xen Etch kernel with Lenny userspace and hypervisor etc.. Please check the archives of debian-kernel and debian-devel for more information.
