fw-nonfree updates for etch
 

hey,
I just committed some updates I'd like to try and get in for
etch/etchnhalf in r11515. Let me know if I missed something. I haven't
tested the iwlwifi stuff yet, but bnx2 and the hook change for qlogic
both worked fine on my systems.
