template cleanups
 

Here's a few patches to clean up some mistakes in the templates.

Mostly they just drop commands that were unnecessary (removing files or
packages that no longer exist) and fix up paths that changed because of
usrmove.

No real new features here, but it should clean a bunch of errors and
warnings out of various logs.
