When I want to report a bug in a KDE application, the Submit Bug Report
wizard calls up my default browser with the login page for a Bugzilla
account. Unfortunately, the link <create a new account> is linked to
the above file. And when I click on the link, the browser does not find
the file, because it does not exist.

So I cannot even report the bug!

What to do?

Try logging out, going to the console and deleting the problematic file or folder in /var/tmp. Then login again and see if it works.
