Probably a long time from now. KDE jumped the gun on numbering it
4.0: It's not ready.

Then I can't understan why that big "Try out KDE 4.0 on a Debian Live
CD" at http://pkg-kde.alioth.debian.org/kde4.html nor those "Coming
soon!" at http://pkg-kde.alioth.debian.org/kde4livecd.html :-/
