Default conflict between kdeartwork-theme-icon and kdelibs-data

Hello

I've found that the conflict between kdeartwork-theme-icon and KDE 3's
kdelibs-data prevent users to install kde3 applications in kde4

According to the kdeartwork changelog, the reasons of the conflict is
that the 2 packages provide the same crystalsvg icons files.

I would suggest to create a separate package
kdeartwork-theme-icon-crytalsvg (or something like that), remove the
actual conflict and put it in this new package.

This will permit users to install kde3 apps in kde4 without losing all
the kde4 icons!.

Regards
Xavier
