Default cds and dvds are not being detected by solid: to which package should I report the bug?

When I insert CDs and DVDs, there is no solid device notification.
(using sid).
To which package should I report the bug?

Check if you have hal or kde-standard that depends on it installed.

Yes, they are installed. Other devices work (example a USB stick).

A data DVD also does not mount automatically in the file system.

This seems to have fixed the problem

# hal-disable-polling --enable --device /dev/cdrom

Is /dev/cdrom still in fstab? Hal doesn't like that and sometimes refuses to
mount optical disks. But for sure this will change again on the transition to
devicekit ...
