Default pykdedocs ?

I'm looking into learning how to do some basic python KDE programming.
The docs installed in /usr/share/doc/python-kde4-doc constantly refer to
a program pykdedocs which sounds very useful, but how do I get this?

I'm using sid kde packages on sidux.
