While libktorrent is still in NEW, libktorrent & ktorrent 1.0.0 (amd64/i386)
are available in experimental-snapshots. Packages include the fix for #581896
which makes current 3.3.4 (testing/unstable) and 4.0rc1 (experimental-
snapshots) useless for seeding to IPv4 addresses. Each regular KTorrent user
should upgrade.
