Hello,
today have found great info about things can be done using nepomuk (See [1] and [2]). Some old posts specify nepomuksearch: protocol in Dolphin but it doesn't exists in current experimental kde 4.0.84. Need to install something extra? Anybody if that has been launched or when will be launched?

You need nepomuk-kde that is currently in playground:

http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/playground/base/nepomuk-kde/

So it is not distributed with the released packages (or tarballs)
