Hi,

the nominations for Eclipse Awards are open until January 27th[1]. There's no
candidate yet for the

"Most Open Project - A project hosted by the Eclipse Foundation that best
exemplifies the openness, transparency and diversity expected of great open
source projects."

I propose, that somebody who knows the eclipse eco-system better, nominates
the native linux packaging effort: http://www.eclipse.org/linuxtools
