Default ant and environment variables apparently broken with gcj (was: ant and environment variables broken on kFreeBSD?)

[ -bsd can be dropped I guess, but CC'ing now again to clean

Which now happened also on ia64.

s/on kfreeBSD/with gcj/

Seems it happens on all the archs where gcj is used for the build, this
should then affect those archs:

OOO_GCJ_JDK_ARCHS := hppa ia64 kfreebsd-i386 kfreebsd-amd64 mips mipsel
