Hi

Thanks for the proposal, but I believe that the underlying premise that
"java-runtime" should be the only should be used no longer matches the
current de-facto standard of the Java Team.

If you still feel this policy proposal is valid, please right back and I
will (re-)propose it to the Java Team.
