Bug#646805: gcc-4.6: 4.6.1-16 source build fails on hppa

gcc-4.6 no longer builds on hppa due to a packaging issue. Here is

Possibly, the mv operands are reversed.

fixed in the vcs. please could you check if that's all which needs fixing? I
currently don't have access to a hppa machine anymore.

Fixed worked. I have built and installed 4.6.2-2 using default 4.6.2
source.
