Hi,

I didn't find any instructions how the gcc-*.orig.tar.gz tarball for a
new upstream release is created. This tarball contains a repacked
*-dfsg.tar.xz tarball inside ...

I looked for instructions in
debian/README.source
debian/rules get-orig-source
debian/README.maintainers
debian/watch
