Default Bug#577721: gdc give-backs

Now that this bug is fixed I've requested give-backs for the affected
packages.

Do let us know how it goes, I didn't get round to testing them all, but of the ones I did, built and installed just fine.
The only issue I had was running them, something about*usb_hid_usages missing from kFreeBSD ... but that is another issue to do with the system itself.

Regards

Everything went fine. They're all built and installed on both
kfreebsd-i386 and kfreebsd-amd64 now.

You can work around the usb_hid_usages problem by creating an empty
file with that name. It has something to do with joystick support or
something like that.
