Default Bug#442036: Affects 14 packages

I just compiled the archive with 4.3 on Alpha and here's the list of
packages that are affected by this bug:

fftw3_3.1.2-3_20071221-0729:verify-r2r.c:132: internal compiler error: in iv_analyze_expr, at loop-iv.c:935

It would most likely affects shogun too if we were using -O3 (we use -O2
now due to this bug).

I'm not sure about that, but this reminds me that I forgot to mention
that I set optimization to -O3 - I suspect less packages would fail to
build if I hadn't changed optimization.

(Looking at my logs, it seems shogun failed with "multiple parameters
named 'posweights_lhs'", but apparently I didn't file a bug report.
I'll try to send a bug report tomorrow.)
