Default proposing gcc-4.1 / gcc-4.2 for testing

Please consider for testing:

gcc-4.1 (4.1.2-25) sid; urgency=low

* Update backport for PR28322 (Gunther Nikl).

gcc-4.2 (4.2.4-6) unstable; urgency=low

* Update to SVN 20090117 from the ubuntu/gcc-4_2-branch.
- Fix PR c++/38850, PR c++/36019.
* Update backport for PR28322 (Gunther Nikl).

the PR28322 backport now emits warnings instead of errors for unknown -W options
(same behaviour as on the trunk). 38850 is a fix for a rejects-valid-code bug,
36019 is a fix for wrong-codegen bug.
