What about using dh-autoreconf (like Michael Biebl suggested me first
for systemd builds from upstream-GIT) in debian/rules?
Had a lookinto Michael's (unofficial) systemd-v15:
[ debian/rules ]
...
%:
dh $@ --parallel --with autoreconf
...
Just proposals - you are better experts in packaging.
